भेटत राहा.....

या धावपळीच्या आयुष्यात 18 वर्षानंतर मित्रांना  भेटण्याचा काल योग आला.दिवसभर फक्त गप्पा मारल्यानंतरही *अजून वेळ हवा होता* अशी भावना प्रत्येकाच्या मनात होती.जे आठवलं ते अन् मनात कुठलीही संकोच न ठेवता गप्पामध्ये दिवस कसा निघून गेला कळलच नाही.गेट टुगेदरसाठी काँलेज उपलब्ध न झाल्याने *नेचर नेस्ट* या पिकनिक स्पाँटला जमण्याचे नियोजन झाले अन् दिवसभर फिरल्यानंतर नवनाथ अन् निरंजनने केलेली ठिकाणाची निवड योग्य असल्याचे लक्षात आले.येवढ्या वर्षानंतर भेट होणार म्हंटल्यावर प्रत्येकालाच सर्वांना भेटण्याची उत्सुकता होती.सुरूवातीला सर्वांमध्ये झालेले बदल हाच हास्याचा विषय होता.नाश्त्यासोबत गप्पा,हुर्ड्यासोबत गप्पा,जेवणासोबत गप्पा ........ एवढ्या गप्पा  झाल्या तरीही गप्पांचे विषय काही संपले नाही. 

            सर्वात शेवटी  *राऊंड टेबलवर*   काँलेज संपल्यापासून ते आजपर्यंत प्रत्येकाच्या आयुष्यात आलेले चढ-उतार,सुख-दुःख,आठवणी  प्रत्येकाने आपापल्या परीने सांगण्याचा प्रयत्न केला.यावेळी तर वेळेअभावी बोलणार्या प्रत्येकाला विनंती करून थांबवून दुसऱ्याला बोलण्याची संधी देण्यात आली.या ठिकाणी आलेल्या प्रत्येकाला प्रत्येकाच्या आयुष्याच्या मागील 18 वर्षाच्या प्रवासाचा साक्षीदार होण्याचा योग आला हे नक्की.निरंजनने आणलेले जुने अल्बम काँलेजच्या आठवणी ताजा करून गेले. टेबलवर झालेल्या गप्पानंतर तर असे वाटायला लागले की ही भेट 18 वर्षानंतरची नाही तर 18 दिवसानंतर झाली अन् प्रत्येकासोबत आपुलकीची नाते अधिक घट्ट झाले .गेट टुगेदरची आठवण म्हणून प्रत्येकाला सुंदर मेमेंटो भेट म्हणून देण्यात आला.

       खरं तर ह गेट टुगेदर म्हणजे फक्त मेळावा नव्हता तर प्रत्येकाच्या मनाच्या,आठवणींच्या,आपुलकीच्या  धाग्यांची पुर्नबांधणी होती.वेळेअभावी खुप सारे आपले मित्र या सोहळ्याला येऊ शकले नाही त्यांना सर्वांनी miss केले, त्यांनीही या सुंदर दिवसाला miss केले असे म्हणायला हरकत नाही. लवकरच पुन्हा भेटण्याच्या अटीवर सर्वांनी निरोप एकमेकांचा घेतला.

        प्रत्येक  जण आयुष्य जगत आहे..... परंतु  अधूनमधून भूतकाळातील माणसांना भेटून आयुष्याला पुन्हा,जोमाने रिस्टार्ट करण्याची संधी मिळवण्यासाठी वेळ काढून *भेटत राहा.*

खरतर त्याच्या नावापुढे कैलासवासी लावायची मनापासून इच्छा होत नाहीये......

७० वर्षे जगणारा व्यक्ती जी कामं करू शकणार नाही अशी कामं यानी फक्त ३३ वर्षे वयात केली.....

अशी कौतुकाची बिरूदं ज्याला लावली गेली त्या काल आम्हाला सोडून गेलेल्या आमच्या लाडक्या मित्राच्या अंत्यविधीच्या शोकसभेत.वर्शी नावाच्या छोट्याश्या गावातून शिकून मोठा झालेला आमचा मित्र *शशिकांत समशेर*.कमी वयात वडीलांचे छत्र गमावलेल्या समशेरने या स्पर्धेच्या युगात शिक्षकी पेशात नोकरी मिळवून स्वतःला सिद्ध केले.काल त्याच्या गावात जसा मित्रांचा गोतावळा पहायला मिळाला तसाच कन्नड तालुक्यात नोकरीच्या ठिकाणी काही दिवसातच त्याचा मित्रांचा गोतावळा तयार झाला.जिभेवर साखर असल्यामुळे अन् वागण्या-बोलण्यात प्रामाणिकपणा असल्यामुळे गोतावळा तयार करायला वेळ लागला नाही.नागापूर सारख्या दुर्गम केंद्रात विद्यार्थी-शिक्षक सेवेची मिळेल ती कामे करत-करत जसा तो सुपरिचीत झाला,तसाच तो तालुक्यातही झाला.वेगवेगळ्या कारणांसाठी नवीन सहकार्याबरोबर जुन्या लोकांची मोट बांधण्याचे काम तो सहज करायचा.सर्वांना वैयक्तिक फोन करून मित्रांचे वाढदिवस साजरे करण्याचा जणू त्याने विडाच उचलला होता.एखाद्या गोष्टीचे नियोजन करायला हा सर्वात पुढे असायचा.हातात घेतलेले  काम मनापासून,निस्वार्थपणे पुर्ण करण्यात त्याचा हातखंडा होता.मित्रांच्या कुठल्याही प्रसंगात सहज उपलब्ध होणारा हा आमचा मित्र.नोकरीच्या निमित्ताने घराबाहेर असलेला पण मनाने पुर्णपणे घरीच असायचा.आई-बहीणीची काळजी,कौटुंबिक जबाबदाऱ्या,गावाकडील गोतावळा सर्वांना न्याय देण्याचा प्रयत्न करायचा.मागच्या वर्षी आजारी असलेल्या बहीणीसाठी त्याची झालेली धावपळ आम्ही पाहिली आहे.त्याच्या गावात श्री स्वामी समर्थ केंद्राची पायाभरणीत महत्त्वाचे योगदान त्याने दिले.तसेच गावात नव्या पिढीतील मुलांना स्पर्धा परीक्षा मार्गदर्शन करायचा. अश्या धार्मिक,सामाजिक ,शैक्षणिक,कौटुंबिक सर्वच बाजू त्याने लिलया पेलल्या होत्या.शेवटच्या सभेत गावाकडच्या मंडळींनी,आप्तेष्ठांनी त्याचे केलेले कौतुक,मित्रांचा कोमेजलेला गोतावळा पाहून त्याची गावाकडील घट्ट नाळ लक्षात आली.तो जाण्याचे दुःख जमलेल्या प्रत्येकाच्या डोळ्यांत दिसत होते. 

            मनाने हळव्या असलेल्या आमच्या लाडक्या मित्राला नको त्या वयात आमच्या पासून नियतीने हिरावून घेतले.हे जाणे त्यालाही अनपेक्षितच होते.कालचा दिवस तुझा नव्हता म्हणण्या ऐवजी कालचा दिवस आमचा नव्हता असे प्रत्येकाला वाटत होते.कुटुंब,आप्तेष्टांसह सर्व मित्र परिवाराला आज *चटका* लावून गेलास मित्रा🙏

*७ वर्षे साथ देणारे ब्रँण्ड देशमुख*

आजकाल माणसांच्या बाजारात चांगली  माणसं शोधून सापडत नाहीत असे ऐकून होतो पण 2018 च्या बदल्यांमध्ये दोन चांगली माणसं माझ्या आयुष्यात आली ती म्हणजे *श्री.नरेंद्र विजयराव देशमुख व श्री.नरेंद्र प्रकाशराव देशमुख*.दोघेही आपापल्या  वैयक्तिक गुणांनी माझ्यादृष्टीने ब्रँण्ड ठरलेले व्यक्तीमत्व.

*• श्री.नरेंद्र विजयराव देशमुख* ज्यांचा मोबाईल नंबर  Head Master या नावाने माझ्याकडे सेव्ह आहे असे आमचे लाडके बंधू.वक्तशीरपणा,शिस्तप्रिय,आदर्श अध्यापन व वर्गनियोजन,आदर्श शिक्षकाला लाजवेल असं यांच काम.*ढ *विद्यार्थ्यांना सरळ लाईनवर आणण्याचा यांचा हातखंडा शिकण्यासारखा आहे.चौथीपर्यंत शिकलेले पाढे यांच्या पाचवीच्या वर्गात आल्यानंतर योग्य उच्चाराने पाठ करून घेणे हा ठरलेला उपक्रम.माझ्या विद्यार्थ्यांचं हस्ताक्षर मोत्यासारखं व्हावं म्हणून सत्राच्या सुरूवातीलाच वर्गातील प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्यांला स्वतःच्या खर्चाने शुद्धलेखनाची वही वाटणारे व न चुकता रोज शुध्दलेखन तपासणारे हे महाशय.अभ्यासात मागे असलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना  सर्वांसोबत आणण्यासाठी सर्वोत्तम प्रयत्न हे करतात.  कार्यालयीन कामात एकछत्री अंमल व मोत्यासारख्या अक्षरामुळे शाळेतून,केंद्रातूनच नाही तर तालुक्यातून यांच्या मार्गदर्शन   व सहकार्याची अपेक्षा लोक ठेवतात.एखाद्या समस्येचे सर्वोत्तम समाधान यांच्याकडे  मिळते.

*•श्री.नरेंद्र प्रकाशराव देशमुख*- आमच्या शाळेतील सर्व विद्यार्थी व शिक्षकांचे आवडते वक्ते ज्यांचा प्रत्येक शब्द प्रत्येकजण अगदी मनापासून ऐकतो.बोलण्यातील माधुर्य व अफाट ज्ञानाचा सागर या जोरावर प्रत्येकाला आपल्याकडे ध्यान केंद्रित करायला तुम्ही खरंच अद्वैत आहात.वर्गात प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्यांला क्षमतेनुसार वैयक्तिक मार्गदर्शन,सराव करून घेऊन सर्वोत्तम अध्यापन करतांना तुम्ही हरवून गेलेले मला वेळोवेळी दिसलात.एखाद्या गोष्टीशी तुमचा दुरदूरपर्यंत संबंध नसतांना त्याच्या विषयी असलेले तुमचे ज्ञान व तुमच्याकडून मिळालेली माहिती लय भारी वाटते राव.

👉🏻काही लोक फक्त सोबत असल्यामुळे आयुष्य समृद्ध होत राहतं तसं माझं झालं.वैयक्तिक माझा तुमच्या दोघांमुळे अवर्णनीय असा फायदा झालेला आहे हे नक्की.प्रत्येक गोष्ट दिसत नसते,दाखवायचीही नसते असेच काहीसे तुमच्या सहवासात तुमच्याकडून मला मिळत गेले मी ते घेत गेलो.तुमच्या वागण्या-बोलण्यातील  आपलेपणा,सहजपणा,विश्वास हा आपल्या सच्च्या मैत्रीला खतपाणी घालत गेला.ना कशाचा अहंकार,ना मोठ्या मोठ्या गप्पा,ना कुणाविषयी द्वेष,ना कोणासोबत बरोबरी,ना कशाची हाव,ना कसला स्वार्थ ..... थोडं .....पण चांगलं यात समाधान मानणारे तुम्ही दोघे नक्कीच  चांगली माणसं आहात नव्हे तर चांगल्या माणसांचे ब्रँण्ड अँम्बेसेडर आहात.माझ्यासाठी तुम्ही *ब्रँण्ड देशमुख* आहात.मोठ्या भावाप्रमाणे मिळालेली तुमची सावली अविस्मरणीय आहे.तुमचा दुरावा थोडे दिवस तरी जड जाणार आहे हे नक्की.

तुमच्या बदल्या झाल्या तरीही तुमचा जास्तीत जास्त सहवास पुढील आयुष्यातही मला लाभत राहो,तुमचे चालू असलेले शिक्षण क्षेत्रातील सेवेचे व्रत अधिकाधिक फुलत राहो हीच श्री गणेशा चरणी प्रार्थना 🙏🌷
